We are super excited to welcome Talya to the Teaching staff at LMA!

Talya completed all four levels of improv training offered through Laugh Masters Academy (LMA) in 2016 and then whooshed through the LMA Teacher Training Track to land where she is today. She will be recognisable to many of you from her work as a performer with LMA Team, Lolwhut? as well as time on stage at Good Ass Improv, No, But Improv, and more.

As part of the LMA Teacher Training Track she worked as a Teacher’s Assistant to Ryan Karels (UCB, New York) while he was in Sydney. Her favourite two words in life are “Yes, and,” especially when combined in that order. Her greatest happiness is watching students find the funny in truth, listening, being playful, willing to fail, and responding in the moment.
