We just got word from our friend Max at the Sweden International Improv Festival that applications for next years festival, #SWIMP17, are now open.
#SWIMP is an amazing opportunity to perform at the revered and beautiful Regina Theatre, the oldest theatre in Uppsala. Go for fun and drinks after your show around the corner and go to bed just next door. In the morning attend one of the many workshops held just across the street from Regina Theatre.
The whole town of Uppsala takes the festival seriously, in fact, Trädgårdsgatan Street (the street where Regina Theatre is) will change its name to “Improv Street,” for the duration of the festival which runs from 22 – 25 March, 2017
#SWIMP intends to represent a broad range of nationalities, and are currently looking all over the world for teams and improvisers. If you are interested in applying to the festival with a group or workshop they would be thrilled.
