Jeromaia Detto is Sydney based improviser and clown. He began taking acting classes from a young age and started his improv journey in 2013 becoming involved with Theatresports at UNSW and USyd.

After numerous workshops and short courses in acting, improv, slapstick and clowning, he graduated from ITS in 2016 and has been involved in over 300 comedy shows.

Internationally, Jeromaia has trained and performed at the iO theatre in Chicago as well as exploring the world of clowning, studying at Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France and at the Norway Clown Camp.

As a tutor, Jeromaia teaches improv and clown at high schools across Sydney as well as running workshops with Impro Australia.

He is a two time Cranston Cup Grand Finalist and was featured as an ‘All-Star’ at Celebrity Theatresports. He has toured shows at Fringe Festivals around the country, and is excited to be coaching with LMA!
